Australian Customers:
Click on BUY NOW AU$ button. The shopping cart will show with your selected item. If you wish to order more than one of the chosen item, highlight the number in Qty and type in the required amount. Click the recalculate button at the bottom of the page. Select Australia in the shipping drop down box, click Recalculate. This will then continue on for you to select method of payment, just follow the prompts.

All countries other than Australia:
Click on BUY NOW US$ button. The same as 'Australian Customers' above applies, with one exception: Select International in the shipping drop down box, click Recalculate.

If you have any questions you will find a message box available on the shopping cart.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working dates from date of placing your order, unless it is a custom order. The length of time for a custom order will be confirmed when order is received, generally within 2 working weeks.

Payment:

Australian Customers:
Payment can be made by direct deposit, my bank details are shown in the shopping cart; Paypal in Australian dollars; or credit card payment with Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments are made on a secure site through the shopping cart. Payment may also be made by cheque or money order. All cheques will be cleared before order is sent. Payment is required before shipping of your order. GST has been included in the Australian dollar prices.

International Customers:
Payment can be made through Paypal, just click on the option in the shopping cart. Payment may also be made by credit card with Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments are made on a secure site through the shopping cart. Credit card transactions will be completed in Australian dollars only, using the current exchange rate, and will then be shown on your statement in your currency.

Shipping information:

All items are shipped via AirMail. Postage within Australia is AU$4.00, all other countries: US$7.00.
Insurance is optional.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please email your intention to return the item with the reason for your credit request within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
